Okay, but seriously. It sucks to have rules, but they are in place for a reason. We ask that you follow the rules, but if that doesn't happen your membership will be revoked. 

Group Rules for Members

  • 3 no-shows and your membership will be suspended for 6 months. It is important to follow through. Please make every effort to attend adventures you sign up for. If you can not attend, we ask that you notify the adventure leader as soon as possible. 

  • We're open to all women and will not discriminate based on age, race, ability, or orientation. 

  • No soliciting the group. If you would like to advertise with WoA, please contact us. Direct selling and self-promotion is prohibited. 

  • No men or children can attend adventures unless specified in the description. We love our men and children, but the dynamic of the group changes when men and children are present. We do a lot of adventures that put us outside of our comfort zone. In an effort to create a supportive environment, we are keeping most adventures women only. We do have a few adventures that include everyone so keep your eye out for those.

  • A member shall not directly or indirectly compete with Women on Adventures by serving as an owner, founder, consultant to a business similar to or competitive with Women on Adventures.
