So WOA talks the "getting outside your comfort zone" talk pretty often. And this event does it for me. I thought I'd try something very different, and found this amazing workshop offered by a friend of mine.

Discover Your Personal Spirit Animal Guides and Embrace Their Wisdom. An unforgettable workshop designed to help you connect with your spirit animals and receive their guidance and wisdom with a personal animal card reading. Each and every person has nine power or animal totems that represent the medicine they carry in their Earth Walk. These animals or creature-beings emulate each person’s abilities, talents, and challenges. This workshop will give you the opportunity to discover your personal Totem Animals and their own true nature. You will also connect to their significance and how they guide you while learning how to read these cards. The evening will conclude with a small meditation to receive special messages from your personal animal spirit guides.

What to Expect: A nurturing, genuine, peaceful atmosphere, creating a space for transformation, wellness, and personal development. An opportunity to get in touch with your animal spirit guides, transcending your expectations. You will leave with clarity, messages, courage and positive energy to be your best self in the world.

What to Bring- Yoga mat or light blanket, notebook or journal and pen, cell phone/camera for capturing spirit animal messages, comfortable clothing, an open heart, and an open mind. Yoga mats are available to borrow if you don't have one or forget to bring yours.

Space is limited to 8 people at Dragonfly Yoga to ensure an intimate and personal experience.
