These Open Level classes focus on building core strength and the confidence to use the Hammock as your flying fitness tool! You will learn the grips, wraps, and traps used as the basis for all poses in the Hammock in anti-gravity classes. Feel your spine decompress, hydrate and lengthen as you grow 1/4 inch taller! If back pain is something you struggle with or you sit at a desk all day–this class will not only offer a great workout but also have many health benefits for you as your spine will feel amazing after class!
Wear workout gear. Be sure and wear a top that covers your armpits. No tank tops will be allowed in the hammocks. The hammocks are placed near or under your armpits often during class and therefore, for your comfort and for the cleanliness of our Hammocks between classes…this is a MUST! Shorts, leggings, yoga pants or sweats can be worn for bottoms. We recommend that they are form fitting and are not a satin type fabric. Both tops and bottoms CANNOT have any zippers, snaps, belts, buckles, clips, etc. as these will damage the hammocks. Socks cannot be worn during class for your safety (unless they are sticky workout socks). Again…PLEASE NO JEWELRY during class! We have jewelry boxes for your “bling” during class. It was not meant to fly!
