Aerial Yoga:
Level 1 Description

Level 1: Appropriate for beginners with no aerial or yoga experience. Prerequisites, be able to hold a plank for 30 seconds.

Class Description: Students will use the aerial yoga hammock throughout the class. Expect a blend of meditation, stretching, strength conditioning, basic inversions, and maybe even some basic aerial tricks! No person is left behind!


  • Improve Flexibility

  • Develop upper body and core strength

  • Boost immune system

  • Improve circulation

  • Learn the basics of aerial yoga

  • Relieve compression of the spine

  • Improve mood

  • Access inversions
