Experienced bouldering coaches will be teaching you the proper way to scale our walls in a small and controlled setting. They will show you basic footwork, breathing, & body movement techniques to help you scale our walls.
Vinyasa Yoga class to follow our Intro to Bouldering class.This class is practiced at a slow pace allowing time for proper alignment, modifications with the intention to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Intro to Bouldering class starts at 9 AM
Yoga class starts at 10 AM
